1:1 Private
DURATION: 50mins/30mins
CLASS PASS: 50mins 5 class pass €245 / 30mins 5 class pass €150
A private Pilates session allows us to focus entirely on your individual needs. Val will design a bespoke programme especially to meet your goals and will modify and amend exercises to suit your abilities and form on a given day.
All pieces of equipment may be used in a session including mat, reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector and small props. It is advisable that all clients book a 1:1 session on a regular basis to check on progress and adjust technique as necessary.

2:1 Duet
DURATION: 45 mins
COST: €30 per person – 5 Class Pass €145
A duet session is shared between two people and can be taught on reformer or on a selection of mixed equipment. A duet is a great way to have a semi-private Pilates session which gives you individual attention without the cost of a 1:1.
The sessions focus on you and your partner’s needs and goals and will cover all levels of exercises depending on ability. Usually duets are booked between friends but if you are interested in a session, get in touch and we may be able to pair you with a partner.

Semi Private
DURATION: 50 mins
COST: €25 per person
A semi-private/3:1 is shared between three people and is usually taught on reformer and chair, or arc barrel. Another great way of getting individually focussed attention in a small- group setting.
Semi-privates are usually booked between friends or groups of people with a similar level of fitness and ability.

Small Group
DURATION: 55 mins
COST: €20 Booked as block of 5 €100
This class is a mixed equipment class with a maximum of 4 people per class. It must be booked as a block of 5 classes which are non-transferable if you are unable to attend a week. You will get a full-body workout using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Spine Corrector and Wunda Chair.
