Private

A private Pilates session allows us to focus entirely on your individual needs and goals.

Duet

A duet session is shared between two people and can be taught on a reformer or on mixed equipment.

A 3:1 is shared between three people and is usually taught on reformer and chair, or arc barrel.

Online Mat

Online mat classes are held on the Zoom platform and are mixed-level.All new clients are
requested to book a 1:1 session prior to joining a Zoom class.

This class is the studio element of a Zoom class, whereby a small number of clients can
participate in the class in studio and at home through Zoom
