About
Val has been teaching from her home studio for almost six years. She was first introduced to Pilates 18 years ago after the birth of her second child.
The benefits of Pilates were evident to her from day one, helping her with post-natal conditioning as well as helping to rehabilitate her back from a herniated disc injury.
Having worked in the corporate world of PR in London and Dublin, Val spent ten or so years as a full-time stay-at-home mum before she trained as a personal trainer and began teaching kettlebell classes at a local fitness studio.
Val has grown her bespoke Pilates business into a place where clients of all ages and abilities come to learn how to move and strengthen their bodies in order to live full and active lives no matter what their age or ability.
Val Lawrence Pilates is a boutique home-based Pilates studio in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The studio is fully equipped with a range of Pilates equipment to help clients achieve the most out of every Pilates session, whether it is for rehabilitation, strengthening, stretching or just moving the body for fun and flexibility.
The studio is a warm, welcoming, and bright space that hosts private and semi-private Pilates sessions.
